i want to run a oil presure guage so...

where do i get the part that goes under the oil filter to run my line? i thought rx7.com made them? mazdatrix has them for 80 bucks and im not paying that much!

you dont need the pedestal, just tap the source off the oil pressure sending unit.

I have an fc3s.org pedestal that's pretty nice. Got it back when it was $50 and now mazdatrix makes the same thing for much more.

You don't need a new pedestal you add an oil pressure gauge, not do you need to tap into anything. You remove the stock oil pressure sensor and replace it with and aftermarket one or a line to a mechanical gauge. Simple as that.
