i just finshed blocking off my acv and wanted to start my car to see how it ran. i know i have a failing starter but i thought it would be okay. tried to start it and it turned over real slow like always. then i heard a metallic pop. car still turned over for awhile but now it wont turn over at all because of the starter. im gonna try replacing it soon to see if the motor really is blown.

it would be really hard to blow a motor by just cranking it. i'm thinking almost impossible.

 

naw man your motor didnt blow. try push starting it

 

that pop was probally your starter waving the white flag
