I think i did something bad

I'm not really sure what happend. hopefully you guys can help with this. I have a s4 13bt. I was clipping down the highway last night really beating on it. Now its having trouble idling, to stay running i need to keep hitting the gas, keeping it over 2500rpm. anything under that and it pops and backfires like hell. It also kindof acts like the throttle is sticking and holds itsself that high for a little while. Any idea on what i broke?

If it also helps, i have an rtek 1.7, with a 3" exhaust, and my boost creeps pretty aggressively. No emissions, no idles air control. pretty much nothing on it.

At low rpm there is practically no power. I never really got on it after this happend, i didn't want to hurt it anymore. I guess i could go try right now?

Yes, i didn't really notice anything terrible though. looks like theres a little bit of oil on the compressor side of my turbo. shaft play isn't too bad. my belts are a little loose though.

I don't know what is done to your fuel upgrade / turbo but I think you should do a compression check before looking into anything.
Did you get the engine tuned for whatever injectors you have? 3" turbo back exhaust with open filter will boost creep past 1 bar easily.

But before freaking out, do a compression check. If you don't have one , pull out plugs/ EGI fuse (one rotor at a time ) and crank. Should have 3 strong pulses.
