i think i blew somthing MAJOR

ok i went to start my car today but i forgot it was in gear. so i cranked it over and the car moved alittle, then i put it out of gear and tried to start it and all i hear is clicking from this little metal box with two clips and a screw holding it on as a ground.its by my break master cylinder by the fender.i replaced that and still no good. i checked the kick pannel fuse's in the car and the fuse's by the battery, there all good.

NOTHING electronic works like my windows, headlights,i hear a buzzing from headlights and the window moves alittle but only 1/2 an inch down.

what did i blow???

this has me stumped. has anyone ever did this!

try to push start the car or something you know. i dont know exactly how but i heard you can start a manual transmission car by pushing it down hill or something, try that.

Tighten your battery cables. That little metal box that is clicking is your main relay. It is supposed to do that. Ive had this same issue. My battery cable was slightly loose, and while the relay would click, the windows, lights nor starter would work. There was just enough voltage to click that relay, but too much resistance from the loose cable to do anything else.

Don't just try to wiggle the battery cable to check, actually put a wrench on there and try to tighten it.

I had this same problem and come to find out, my battery cables magically made themselves loose. Don't just try to wiggle them, actually put a wrench on there and try to tighten it.
Yes. Do this first.

It has to be a connection problem. Also it won't be ecu since that doesn't control if the car cranks or if the electronics work.

is this your solution to everything? this is the second thread with two completely differently problems where you recommended push starting the car.

Try jumping the car off. That would be a simple test to start
