Bad luck ...
well i just got my rebuilt on friday im still brakeing it in i only got about 110 miles on it...well it was running like a dream, until it got impounded by the cops at the ontario races on saturday....(my of heard of it on the news)
well it sat there in there lot for a day n a half. on i when to go pick it up today..and it ran for about 3 mins when i got down the street it died..now the only way it starts is if i pull the plug on the fuel pump n crank it,when it feels like it wants to start my girl plugs it back in n it will start,but now it wont idle if it goes under 2k rpms it dies...n i drove it about 15 miles on the freeway (maybe thought it could still be flooded) but still nothing n the engine feels super weak!

could it be: fuel pump,fuel filter,wires,plugs???could still be flooded??
it was running super good bfor it impounded
eny one know what it could be?

It could just be low compression due to the seals not being fully seated yet. That'll cause idle and startup problems, as well as power issues. Compression test it.

 

Or the cops could have went joy riding.

 

Wouldnt doubt that they screwed it up in the process of towing it.

 

i did the compression test...i hope i did it wronge but the rear rotor tested at 90 n the front one tested............................................ ............. 0
wtf....i followed rotaryresurrection on how to test it so im postive i tested rite..

u never know dude..... when my car got impounded next day i got it off the fukin backtailaight on the driver side got hit :'(

 

yea n they took over 100 cars that day on that bust...=[

 

Since a rotary takes so little force to turn over... is it possible they towed it in gear?

 

no they drove all the cars up on a flat bed tow truck...

 

Morons prolly revved the **** out of it in the process of towing it and blew it before the break in was done. And not to be a dick but it seems like this may have been justice against you doin something illegal. I do hope that you get this worked out and back on the road but i mostly hope you learned you lesson.

 

yea i think thats what happened n now im in dept cuz of my 7 haha..
but yea i din't even wanna go but i have 5 homies with all 7's so they wantet to roll deep..so they talked me into it,but yea lesson learned
oh one more question is it possible to reuse apex seals of another 13b that one has a compression of 110?????
