I still have an issue?

I have an 88 rx7 that doesn’t have 55, 000 miles on it yet, but the car sat for 3 years so I still did all the 60k tune up things I could think of plus the other things I found wrong. However I still can’t get my car to fully turn over, it cranks and pops like it wants to go, almost starts, than dies and floods. I can see that when I pull the back 2 plugs out of the motor to clean them they have oil all over them and are stained brown yet they are new? So now I can’t seem to figure out if it is a timing issue or what. If anyone has any ideas let me know.

Things I have replaced:

Fuel- Dropped the tank and cleaned it (though it didn’t need it), checked the entire lines, replaced fuel pump (Mazda), replaced fuel filter (Mazda), replaced the 2 injectors (BWD rebuilds), cleaned fuel rail.

Electrical- Checked coils, replaced plugs (NGK), replaced wires (NGK), (need to still find chart for correct firing order).

Air- Resoderd maf. sensor on box, replaced air filter (Mazda), cleaned all ports, cut off exhaust at catalytic converter (converter is clogged and turning red hot).

So if anyone has anymore ideas I would love to hear, or any idea about the fireing order, timing, or any other fix I haven't done yet.

Thanks, G
