atkins rotary is making a new supercharger for N/A. maybe you want to look into that than just a turbo convertion. as stated before, you need pleanty of upgrades in order to run a clean turbo. if you dont find a turbo manifold, you can still use the stock one, but it has to be inverted, it really sucks cause you cant change the idle unless you rip it all out again. a great upgrade for when you do go turbo is, get a twin turbe fuel pump. fits right in and you will get more GPM. dont forget a regulator too. cause then you will blow your convertion.

so you need a body kit and a turbo. You also really need a search button. Someone please find a search button for really cheap, they have one here on the forum some where im sure, or maybe even a sticky.

Thread cleaned up. Those who needed warnings were warned. Grow up, kiddies...

I meant turbo'ing the existing engine. For my eventual plans, it seems like a waste. I want to make it past 250rwhp eventually, and on the N/A rotors, that's just not practically possible.
Since when?

I swear, the next person who posts so-called "facts" about turbo-NA projects without FIRST HAND experience will be banned...

That "turbo kit" appears to be just the manifolds and turbo from the TII engine. Certainly not a bolt on to the NA block. There's port matching to be done, you need to connect the oil and coolant fittings, etc....NA hood with TII intercooler is also an issue...

Yea Bomex kits are cheap and so is the quality. Get a nice wingswest kit, if there is one. It flexs, fiber glass does not.
