i need some help with the clutch...

hey guys! i have an s5 n/a and i'm currently working on a turbo swap from a jdm s5. i am going to use my n/a tranny but realized that the two clutches were different. i need a new disc but i'm unsure which disc i should buy. if i should keep the n/a clutch with the tranny or use a turbo clutch with the n/a tranny. and if any of you guys could help, i would also like to know where i could buy one by this saturday. thanks for all the help!

chuck

the usual method is to bolt a n/a flywheel on.. just make sure its the same series as the motor, unless you swap counterweights also....

soo...
turbo motor - na flywheel - na clutch, pressure plate, t/o bearing - na tranny

now i always advise to save your pennies and get a full turbo drivetrain...

and napa usually has clutch kits in stock.. or star auto ( i noticed your in socal too, so these places will work)

just an FYI.........

That N/A clutch is going to be a pile of dust after hitting boost a couple dozen times.....may want to think about finding an upgraded pressure plate for the N/A clutch if you only plan on doing half the swap.
