Whoa...first you need a better description of what happened.

If your clutch pedal stuck to the floor, that means you have a problem with your clutch hydralics and not your clutch itself.

A clutch kit for 128.00 is crap, but a name brand OEM replacement.

You do not need a new flywheel, you can have yours ground/turned down at a machine shop.

Japan Verts had TII's, USDM Verts have N/A.

Clutch or no Clutch

What happened, when i noticed i was in third gear shifted to fourth... now coming off the exit.... I pushed in the clutch.. now i noticed the the clutch wasnt stuck all the way it was about half way through..... but the more i pushed in the clutch the more it kept getting stuck..... now i might be thinking its the release bearing..... last night i went to move the car it seemed fine .... when in neutral i can pump the the clutch and it wont stick , only when in gear .... i also remember it stalled out when i held the clutch in while in first gear when in idle or just stopped.....

your probably out of fluid, go check the clutch fluid resivore

the pedle hydralics and you being in or out of gear have nothing in commin, the hydralics dont care if your in nutral, 1st, 4rd, rev etc, they dont care if you blew up the tranny, they just push the release barring in

it stalled when you had the the peddle to the floor in first idling because it probably wanst completly disngaged because, again, your low/out of fluid in the clutch master cyl

Ya that doesn't sound like a clutch disc problem at all. Either low on fluid, bad slave cylinder, or bad master cylinder, or simply got air in the system. If its air though you need to find out why either something is bad or you ran out of fluid even then why? Most likely something is bad lol.

Bad clutch master cylinder. It's a good idea to replace the master, slave and line at the same time.

If i had to guess id say your line probably gave out

mazdatrix has them for pretty cheap, and i think slave cyl's can be had on ebay for like $20 re manufactured, i also reccomend replacing the slave at the same time, its so cheap, and easy, and well, if its the original is probably leaking anyways

as for a test, id just put some fluid in, bleed it a little an dhave a friend pump it while you poke around

My master went out recently and would lose pressure when the clutch was pushed in. So it sounds like you have a bad master.

I would change your master cylinder and go from there, there's no point in buying a new clutch that you don't need.

I had the same problem. picked it up from the shop bout 3 months ago with the clutch sticking to the ground and feeling "tight". they said it was my release bearing. said it did that cause the racing clutch that the PO put it in it wore out the throwout bearing. Then as soon as that happened something started draining my battery when it turned off. Could be your master, I dont know but ive been diagnosed as the release bearing with the same symptoms
