oh i forgot to mention that today i was re-installig the intake manifold and i noticed 3 unpluged vaccum lines beside the firewall. i looked on the diagram in the haynes book, but i only saw to there, so i guessed and checked and i also noticed a unplugged wire with to open ends and another part of wire connecting to somethig else. the 2 ends had a white connector piece so i am guessing that it is vital to my cars health.

and the biggest dissapointment with my car yet was. after i plugged everything in (except the wire) well i go in my car and i go to start my car, and as soon as i turn my key to the ignition part, ALL of the power in my car turns off. i have no power for ignition, no lights at all are coming on. its a major devastation to me and my car.

i really need help

Your battery is probably going dead because your lights are still trying to open and are frozen. They will do this and drain the entire battery dead

well if you have 450cc injectors then yes, they are the wrong size, and you will need the correct size for the engine and ECU

Okay, earlier today to said:
well my dads mechanic came to my house yesterday and he said i did not have a vacuum line leak
which is it... a clueless mechanic or ????

i really need help
I think you are in way way over your head, and you need to think about selling the car. Apparently neither you or your dads clueless mechanic have the ability to work on this car.

If you can't even find the retractor fuse, and remove it, well, this is one of the most basic things...

The same with vac leaks (which was mentioned on the first page)... unplugged vac lines= vac leaks

Sell it.

before i say anything, i just want to say Thank you guys! Especially Icemark!

you guys were right! my battery was dead becuase something was draining it again overnight, so i charged it and i was checking around my intake manifold to see if any vacuum lines were broken, so i ended up finding 4 vaccum line holes from the back of the intake manifold (near the fire wall) but i only found 3 lines. so i randomly pluged them in and my car is working fine! it is barly idling but hey! its livable.
i only have a few more problems with the car now...

well for one, i am smelling gas from the engine bay
the engine bay starts to smoke after like 1 min
the engine bay also gets hot after 1 min
and i need a new oil cooler and fuel injectors

i found something weird to me though. before when i ran my car, it used to make the annoying buzzer sound and it was flashing coolant. and that was after like 10 seconds of the key in the ignition. but after i pluged the 3 missing vacuum lines in and charged the battery, the coolant light went off and my car is all normal now! is this soposed to happen?

oh and yes, i do plan on selling my car but in the late summer, i need to have some fun first!

Edit: i also forgot to mention a big problem of why my car wouldnt start in the first place was becuase it was flooded.

i think i know why my car smokes inside the engine bay, there is a coolant leak underneath the intercooler some where?
