I Messed up vacuum lines. Please Help
Hi gang,
I found some brittle and broken vacuum lines on my 87TII and decided it'd be a good idea to replace all the rubber on top of the engine. (found lotsa macaroni-like hoses)
Anyway, I carefully disassembled and photographed, which helped with all the connections except one.
Damn!
With all that care, I still missed one. Also, I spent the last few hours going through 5 pages of threads which came up searching on "vacuum" "vac" and "lines".
Lots of help, but not what I need.
Here's my problem.
The metal vacuum harness crosses under the upper intake manifold from driver side to passenger.
There is a group of several lines which come across together and pass under the pulsation damper.
One of these makes a sharp 90 degree turn toward the front of the engine and ends between the pulsation damper and one of the oil injector air bleed valves. It points upward at an angle and has about 2 &1/2 inches of rubber hose.
I can't for the life of me figger out what it connects to.
Thanks for your help with my dumass mistake.
Here're pix of the problem hose:

Okay, I figured it out without help. I went back to pictures just after installing the new Oil Injector Lines, and I could see a nipple just below the Cold Start Assist valve which wasn't visible with the Fuel Injector Rails in place.
I removed them, rerouted the Oil Injector Air Bleed lines and got the last hose placed properly.
I have updated pix on the web page if anyone is interested.
Thanks for considering.
