I know there are a lot of questions about this but I have to ask again.

What should idle be while at full operating temp? When I had the auto tranny it was 800 but after recently converting to a manual tranny mine idles @ 1300, I can get the idle down by turning on the A/C for a sec then shutting it off and the idle goes to 1000. But after regular driving, then coming to a stop and going to neutral it is back @ 1300 anyone know the cause of this or have any tips? Im not sure where the idle adjustment **** is but any explanation would help a lot. I have a 89 GXL. Thanks

Did you convert to a manual tranny ECU as well?

Warm idle should be ~750 rpm.
