I keep popping holes in coolant hoses
Alright so first time I popped a hole in my upper radiator hose but I think that's because it was old. I replaced it and a while later I went to the drag strip, launched really hard and violently and it caused my custom cold air intake to blow off the black plastic elbow and my car to die on the track, at the same time another hole was popped in my upper radiator hose, this time I think because either something sharp hit it when the intake blew off or also the hose clamp on it was a little skewed (not straight) so that might've grinded into it causing it to get a hole, dunno. Anyways, today I was pulling onto the freeway, redlined 1st, redlined 2nd, redlined 3rd, was going a little over 100 and I look over to my idiot light cluster to see that my add coolant light/buzzer were going crazy. I immediately pulled off the freeway into a Wendys parking lot to inspect. There was coolant all over my engine bay, both sides, everything covered. I cleaned it all up, let it cool down, my friend brought me some coolant and filled her up. Couldn't find any holes in the radiator hose and had no clue where it came from. So i started the car up and I noticed coolant was pooling under the UIM on top of the block. So i turned the car off and talked to my friend. I figured it was the hose coming from the water pump going to the block. So I filled the coolant up and got home as soon as I could, the buzzer only went off as I just got home. During this whole process, btw, my car did NOT overheat so no harm was done, thankfully. Anyways, back to the story. So I took off my intake, TB/dynamic chamber/UIM, and looked at the hose from the water pump to the block. Sure enough it had popped a hole... I'm going to go replace this now with a new hose, but my question is, am I just unlucky that I keep popping holes in various coolant hoses? Is this all a fluke? Or is something wrong with my cooling system that is causing this?
I think it's a combination of old hoses and bad luck, but I thought I'd ask you guys. Also, when I was taking the hose off the water pump it was really stuck, so I pulled on it pretty hard and it just TORE apart. It ripped right where the hole was, and it was just torn. I had to keep trying to pry the remaining hose off the water pump with needle nose pliers and it would just keep tearing chunks off, so I think this hose was just old and crappy.
Any input would be helpful, or just telling me I'm worrying for nothing would be good too. At least, I hope I'm worrying for nothing.

id say its just old hoses, its not a bad idea to replace em all at once, if one goes they are all ready to go
if you had an s5 id be telling you your cheap screw type hose clamp is why your upper hose keeps dying, the plastic neck seems to not like those

Are you talking about the pressure cap? I know that there is supposed to be 1 pressure cap in the system, either on the radiator or coolant filler neck (or so I thought). Now if my pressure cap is on the coolant filler neck that's the one you are talking about replacing, right?
The pressure-relief cap goes on which ever neck has the hose to the overflow bottle, which is usually the one on the radiator. If it's on the neck without the hose, there's nowhere for the coolant to go as it expands, so pressure keeps increasing until...
