I like that. What lights did you use, and what was the total cost?

I bought two sets of Hella Optilux 1300 from JCWhitney. rx7_racing2001 used a different type that he got for cheaper.
the total cost is pretty much two sets of lights, an aluminum (or whatever metal) bar 16 inches long, a switch to control the retractor motor, and two diodes (only needed if you want all four lights to come on when your brights are on)...i think thats it

and i was going to post an update...thats convenient

crusader_9x: for the lighting i would honestly say that it is about the same in terms of shining more light, but you could probably use different lights than what I used which could shine more light. It also depends on clearance too...you'll understand that when i put up the directions.

ok...well i finished finals and i have had to do loads of xmas shopping to do. but now it seems like i have some free time. i'll try to have pics and directions up by new years, but it might be after new years by the time i have it up. it all depends on my job and things.
i'll keep u guys updated, dont worry i wont forget

oh yea and MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE

I'll rather put those round lights in place of the FTP lenses and seal off (leave down) the pop-up headlights,....

fcturbo2: Can i use those BLUE DIAMOND lights???..

yes you can. the lights i used have replaceable H3 bulbs.

if you live in san jose (california) and you want to see the lights come to the meeting tommorow (cuz i'm probably going), for more info see the West RX-7 regional forum.
