Talking i just did my 1st tune up and i think the cars first to

i decided that sience today was my only day off from work i would do a tune up on my car (because its been running shitty lately) So i did one rotor at a time and when i pulled out the plugs half was black and half was white and the moron who did it before me put Leading plugs in all of them instead of Leading on the bottom and trailing on the top he put all leading in. The wires are the stock factory wired cause they were held together by the factory wraps. so i changed the plugs and wires and i am cleaning my K&N filter as we speak. I cleaned it with the cleaner and rinsed it off now i just have to let it dry. well ill let you all know how she runs when the filter is dry. thanks for reading please leave a post and let me know what you think.

How do you tell if they are leading or trailing? I just bought some cheapies at Autozone for $2/ea and they all look the same. I think they are AutoLite or AutoLife brand. What kind did you buy?

Ahh didn't we say not to use any brand other than NGK. Use it at your own risk. Or return it!

dont puty anything but ngk my friend did with his 87 TII and blew it up in a week use ngk you can get them at pep boys they are $5 each $20 for all 4 its cheaper putting $20 of lugs into your car than putting a new motor and the NGK plugs are marked L & T. leading is lower and T is trailing is on top and marked with 2 blue lines on the plug. remember what your friends tell you.
