CA i HONESTLY dont know whats wrong with my car....

So I posted up like a week ago about my car not starting i literally check everything. Air flow meter resistors the main relay spark plugs coil packs spark plug wires. Fuel pump basically you name it I checked it. I went down the line in the trobleshooting section of the haynes manual as well as above and beyond. I think its the actual build that's crap.... well anything else I should check? I checkd the timing as well. I think the only thing I didn't check was the ecu. But the injectors were clicking and stuff so I'm assuming it is working. Unless I didn't check the timing right. Hmm if anyone has anything else they can suggest let me know I need to get my car running. Please and thank you. O yeah and if anyone in the riverside area or close can help me tow my car, we can work something out, help!

1) check trouble codes: $3 checker made from 2 LEDs, see write up and teamfc3s.org
2) is there power on the V+ pin of the ECU?
3) backprobe the various pins on the three connectors to the ECU; compare the voltages against the specs in the online FSM, ch 4.
4) test the crank angle sensor

You can test it using "duty cycle" on your multimeter but really you need an oscilloscope.
