i heard a new rumor! and of coarse need clarification...

88 t2 engine & ecu will drop n & wire directly to stock 86 engine bay, wires, and tranny.

ne1 heard this or seen it b4? thinking about goin w/ this swap if it it true, but i need some serious amounts of input b4 i make up my mind. and plz, none of the "dude, u should do it!!!! search for (wutever) and u can find out how real easy" stuff. i just wanna know if it is true. thnx ya'll

dirty south & dirt poor, like a ****!!!!

yes, a S4 engine & ecu can be swapped into another S4. 86-88 = S4.

Granted you'll need the ECU, engine harness, knock box, AFM, pressure sensor, fuel pump, slave cylinder, driveshaft, rear diff, halfshafts as well.

got any sugesstions on where to find these products for the BEST price? kinda runnin on a budget if u know wut i mean.

Kevin Landers occasionally has a couple of good deals, otherwise it's just the luck of what you get. Check out the classified section (either delete the 17 off the end of the url at the top and type in 100 and hit enter, or head back to the main forum listing page, and scroll down)
