I have a piece of metal sticking out of my rotor housing...

that red dot on the pic is by teh exhaust side of the housing and it has like this tiny metal sticking out of teh red dot hole its protuding.. should i file it off or sanded off?? what if it blocks that hole ..

Looks like the split pin that holds the diffuser in. Tap it down flush.
