i have to get my car running....haltech help please!

OK I got no responses in the haltech forum, so if you guys could help me out...here is my Q's

On the main harness there are 6 wires
REd battery +
gray switchd source
green aux input
org fuel pump +12VDC
org fuel pump positive
blk ground

I only installed 1 wire on the fuel pump going to the black/white wire
what do I do with the other orange wire???? is it not needed

Can I install the gray switched to the fuse box for the radio ( i believe a radio is a switched source)

and where should I ground the haltech...just the one black little wire, thats it???

Last one......on my coolant sensor does it matter if I reverse the 2 wires, it should still read the same right??

thanks and hopefully you can help me in starting my car for the first time~!!!!!

- black ground (either nice clean spot near haltech or run it to battery neggative post - or both
- gray (switched 12V+, i have it on ignition, when i turn key ON, it sees 12V+ and starts haltech)
- one of orange wires goes to battery possitive post, other one goes to fuel pump (+) post (it does not matter which one goes where, as its switched by relay
- green AUX input (no use for it now)
- red constant 12V+ (all the time on)

yeah i have to stab the CAS....zeroing the timing, does that require a laptop to be hooked up to it???

I was going to use the base settings from the previous owner for start up, I dont plan on driving it tomorrow just starting it and checking for bugs.

So i hope i dont need a laptop for the time being.

also I dont have a leading coil so I ran an extra set of trailing coils I had in parallel to make them act as leading. You think this will work? I still spliced into the pink wire like you would on a leading coil haltech install.

You really need to reread the manual or take it to a tuner who offers expertise on Haltechs.
The questions you're asking are all covered in the manual.

well I am getting my friends laptop this afternoon, all thats left is tapping the TB elbow for the air temp sensor and welding up a mid pipe thats it.

I appreciate the help others have offered. I know my fair share about tuning and working on cars, I even did 95% of the wiring of haltech without any help, but there are times I like to ask others opinions before I **** up a 1,000 peice of equipment. basically the timing on this car is what throws me off. I have never tuned a rx-7 before so the whole leading trailing split timing stuff is new to me.
