No, i have access to it..

I am wonderingif i should buy the thing.

How much?

How will it fit into a 3rd gen
a 2nd gen?

is firewall or crossmember modification absolutely REQUIRED?

I know i can get a crossmember from Pettit for this application (3rd Gen only), but wont the firewall have to be modded?

cymfc3s is right. That is the Cosmo 13B. The 20B manifold is a LOT bigger. It also says Triple Rotor on the upper manifold. Saoory man, still a cool engine though.

my friend ordered a 3 rotor form nippon motors like 2 months ago they said they would be sending the hole front clip it still isn't here yet. Here ordered it after ordering a series5 motor a year ago and still not getting it. after all that time he saved enough for the 3 rotor. I din't know if it is nippon or what.

It takes alot more than just the front clip to make it fit into a 7.
Check out the 20b forum in the rotary performance section.

Try the damn search feature next time.

front clips are usually dash forward. but most of em have been outside since moses parted the red sea...so it's not guaranteed you will get a nice un-faded,un-cracked, functioning dash

Dyre.....

Try the damn search feature next time.

REALLY....

Hmmmmm....

I DID use the search feature...
And i continue to search the internet nightly.

However this thread STARTED as a request for ideas and if i should get it.

NOT HOW to install it.
I just asked the one question while i had some resonabley informed people looking at the thread.

Please take a break from responding to posts if you gonna be nasty, or switch to decaf.

Then you should have been able to find the 20b forum but yourself, which is obviously a better place to post this question (as Exit13b just recently posted a thread about his cosmo front clip).

I am normally a proponent of people using the search function, but there is no reason for you to make an *** out of yourself.....

did your girlfriend dump you or were you born a jerk??

Just becuase i don't make giant fluffy posts doesnt mean im being a jerk.

I don't really worry about peoples feeling anymore. My purpose is too get the information out and the point across as quickly and clearly as possiable. If that means people think im a jerk, then so be it.

If i wanted to write fluffy bullshit crap to fill up a page i would write research papers.

The question has been answered and discussed by people more knowledgable than I.

However this thread STARTED as a request for ideas and if i should get it.
Well, the only parts of that question we can help you with have already been discussed in great lenght and detail. If you truley did do research you would have figured out what you needed to know. We can't tell you if you should buy it or not. You have to decide, and there is currently a ton of informantion already on this site conncerning this decision.

And if your question was legitamite and worth the bandwidth to post it, it would recieve much more informed information in the 20b forum.

Now lets just excuse these obvious fualts in your post, and assume this question hadn't been answered about a billion times, and you HAD posted in the correct forum, it would still be impossiable for us to help you. Your posts do not include nearly enough informantion to help you. How did you want to go about the swap? Stock motor/turbo/ecu/tranny? Of aftermarket ECU/Tranny? Makes a big difference.

I DID use the search feature...
Then you should already know the answers to these questions.
How will it fit into a 3rd gen
a 2nd gen?

No you cant really say you were trying to get the point across as quickly as possible, because if you were you wouldnt have said "damn". it isnt that you come off as a jerk, its that you are acting like one. when you say things like that (especially online) it makes people angry, and when you do that you fuel flame wars. with as many posts as you have you should know that already

naughty boy

Bah, im sick of sugar coating every thing!
Didnt relieze damn was such a dirty word. I guess the net does tend to make it sound worse than it is.
But you have to admit this thread is like the stupid V8 RX7 thread that seams to come back to life every month to **** everyone off...

PS- unless your getting a great deal and have a use for all the extra parts that come with a 20b clip, don't bother. Just spend $2k on a j-spec long block. It has everything of use on it anyways. Unless you plan on using the stock ECU/Coils/Auto Tranny. Each of those peices wont work unless you have all the other peices.
