I hate when this happens
It makes me seem like a shitty driver, and almost like I'm popping the clutch.
I just installed a 6 puck clutch with light flywheel and thats a whole different story, but this has been happening even before the engine rebuild.
I'll let off the clutch as slow as possible and I'll still get that jerking feeling from the car almost like I popped the clutch. It's not as bad but its def. noticable.
I get the same exact feeling when I let off the throttle at certain rpms. I let off the throttle and the car has a small jerking feeling.
Any ideas?

My unsprung ACT 6-puck does the exact same thing, and it can't be helped. The clutch engages like a light switch. In time you'll learn to compensate for it (but not always successfully.)
Welcome to life with a race clutch.
(unless you're saying that this was happening before with an OEM clutch, which I can't explain...)

Well is it possible I can fix it with an adjustment to the TPS? Because it's starting to get me pissed off, and it's not even the clutch, this happened before.
The 6 puck clutch is fine, the thing I hate is the flywheel. Engaging and hills are a headache. I have to take it around 3k and slowly release the clutch to get it from not stalling.

Unplug the TPS and clip an ohmmeter on the green & orange wires.
Pull back the throttle & work the plunger.
It should show a smooth sweep for 0 to 5K ohms.
I was able to clean mine with spray contact cleaner, but 6 months later it wore out completely.

During idle, the ECU thinks you have the throttle slammed to the floor, but in reality its not. The throttle plates are still closed, so there is not that much air going through. Thank god for the AFM, or it would be injecting a **** load of fuel at idle.

sometimes it could be the littliest things, did you break the clutch in?
it may sound weird but ive heard this more then once, and the first couple of miles you have to litterally jerk the clutch into engadgement.
i dont have the full info on it, but there does seem to be a breakin time and it does make a difference, as ive seen on a couple of friends cars.
but more then likely im prolly wrong
