I got a quicky about the BNR Stage 2-3

I'm looking to upgrade my turbo to BNR, and haven't decided yet whether to go for the stage 2 or 3. This car will be a dd, and not planning on doing fuel right away. My question is will I be okay with stock fuel and running whatever psi it will run when I bolt it on, which is probly 6 or 7? My plans were to run on stock boost with a walbro, RB REV TII exhaust, air/fuel gauge, FCD, and K&N intake. As the pay cheques come in i'll be getting an safc, upgrading injectors, fmic, koyo, and bov etc... I'm in deep need of some more hp and just can't wait to get the turbo before fuel so is it doable?

I'm planning on the neighborhood of 10psi, when I have everything but for now I just want to keep the boost down and save up some money.

Probly upgrade the injectors to 750cc I guess?

You're fuel system should come first before the BNR turbo.

What would you guys suggest for an S5 TII with a BNR stage 3 as far as engine management goes, since there's no RTek's for S5 TIIs? My friend is going for a mild street port and a BNR stage 2 or 3. He was thinking 720 secondaries and a S-AFC and running ~10 psi. What would be the maximum safe boost on the 720's with no fuel management?

I would only recommend not using fuel management if you are using the stock turbo. Just buy the fuel management stuff then get a stage 4, you will be much happier in the end.

If I were you I would talk to Brian at BNR turbo.

For the ECU, get a Microtech. You really should upgrade your fuel too.

Alright so i'll get the injectors and fuel management done first. I think i'll be going for the bnr stage 3, probly run about 10-12psi. So 750cc secondaries should be good. Do I need both the rtek and safc?

720 secondarys isn't enough fuel for a stage 3 at 12psi, or at least it's pushing it.

you should get the Rtek 2.1 , then you won't need an rtek 1.7 + SAFC.

Just upgrading your secondaries and fuel pump is what is needed to safely run the stock turbo at ~12 PSI. That's about 250 rwhp. You're talking about running a BNR 2 or 3, which have estimates of 330 - 360 rwhp at 14-15 PSI. A pair of 720s might be decent for stock boost levels, but if you want to run 10-12 psi, you're going to be maxing the injectors out in a hurry. It doesn't matter what the walbro can flow if the injectors can't keep up. Go with four 720s and the rtek 2.1 like has been suggested.

I would think 750/1000 would be the minimum for a BNR stage 2 or 3 @ 85% DC; which puts you at about 327 rwhp. Me, personally I was planning on going with 850/1200 with a stage 2
