I got problem on my J-spec engine!!!
LOL, no. IT is underneath all that,. You have to remove the alternator, water pump, housing, bolts from the oilpan and the front pulley. IT is teh big curved aluminum housing directly behind the front pulley.

Owenxguo...You NEED a factory service manual and a Haynes manual. Haynes is cheap and the factory manual can be downloaded somewhere on this site I think . I'm sure hypntyz7 knows where. I saw it somewhere and don't remember it. If you are a mechanic or have worked on engines before, I'm sure you know how important a torque wrench is. When I rebuilt my motor (3 times
), I never guessed any bolt tightness. The factory manual tells you every bolt torque for almost every bolt on the engine. The front cover is aluminum and you do not want that warped by tightening it too much and out of sequence or else you will have a major oil leak. Make sure you use silicone sealant on all gaskets. There's so much you can do while everything is out. Since you are there, change all the hoses to silicone hoses especially the vacuum spider under the intercooler. By the way, the bolts on the cover are 12mm. Sorry...I just re-read my post. Anyway, just post what you're having problems with and I'm sure someone will chime in.
