Well my car has run like *** for several months now and i couldnt figure out why. Took it to 4 shops and spend way too much money trying to diagnose it. Today i went and spent some time with a buddy of mine who has been racing for a long time.....we fixed the problem in 10 minutes!!!! It was my timing, unbelievable. I dont know how it was overlooked. But anywho, my baby is alive and well and I just wanted to share my newfound joy. good luck to everyone else who is struggling.

Well i was experiencing detonation and the motor would go thru periods of having power to no power. It was crazy, i had no idea what to do, so i started simple. I replaced the plugs and wires. Checked the coil packs and fuel. Then I did my timing, turned out i was off quite a bit. Played with that for about 10 minutes till i got it perfect and bam. My idling problems and power problems were all gone. The beast is back!

 

Isn't it funny? My friend spended a few hundred bucks on his car and i burn the **** out of my cat because both of our car's timing were off. Cong on your fix!
