i cant believe it

i got my shifter bushings in today. i go to install them.

i think i had to remove the old ones. i get in there.

i look around but something is missing.

there were no bushings!

made the install very easy but yikes.

i dont know the car history other then the previous owner didnt take very good care of this car. although its amazing the engine works just fine.

The shifter bushings dissolve over time, no big deal.

If you also Fill the HOLE that the Shifter sits in with a bit of Gear oil,the shifts will be smoother(see Mazdatrix's Video clip on their website under shortthrow shifter installation.).

yea i should probably do that too. i think one of the springs is messed up but im not really sure.
