I broke the **** for my convertible top

So I was raising my top this afternoon and the **** that you twist sorta just slid off the metal pin. Well I managed to get the top up using a pair of pliars to grasp the pin, but I was wondering if there is any fix for this? The **** itself is still whole, but it won't go back on the pin like it did before. Any help would be appreciated.

I just looked at my top to understand your problem.
I am not sure what part you are referring to.
Is it the latch that clamps to the windshield?

Are you referring to the control **** up on the dash? If so, I'm not really sure how that is mounted since mine has never fallen off. Make sure there is not a screw or something that has fallen out.

Of course, a little super glue never hurt anyone. I would say duct tape, but that might look tacky.

I'm pretty sure all tops were electric.

That is weird, you should be able to add some superglue in the hole of the **** where it slides onto the pin.
