I believe the turbo is starting to go...but, where should I go?

As in, I'm blowing out smoke when cold under extremely light boost. I figure it's oil passing by the seals into the turbo itself and blowing out my exhaust. But, the question is, should I just rebuild this turbo, or get a somewhat close to stock aftermarket turbo? I'm not sure if they are simple "Unscrew/unplug, hook the new one right up". Never touched a turbo in my life, so this is new grounds for me. I am not looking for a turbo that will get me up to 500hp+...hell, 250-300 is perfectly fine with me, but I'm going to be street porting my engine upon rebuild, so I should be getting close. What do the gurus suggest?

I better clarify that I have an S4, so if the S5 turbo/manifold/etc is all bolt on, awesome, otherwise, sorry for the mixup.

if you get the s5 turbo AND manifold, it bolts right on. you can't interchange the s4 and s5 manifolds, however, and you would need to use the oil lines from your s4 turbo.
