i am no mechanic
i know some shizite. my uncle has some supercharges, stock that he took off some of his cars he buys from the auctions and such. well he has about, 65 to 70 supercharges, he says there nothing special and i could take one. well what are my chances of hooking one up to my seven. note, my buddy has all the equipment for building brackets and welding. hes a machinist. and welder. any tips would help. im good at instructions and such. or ideas. im not stupid, just cant take a engine apart and tell u whats wrong with it, just can take it apart and put it back together. if that makes any since. help needed big time

I've seen one in a rotary blazer from PR, the charger looked as big as the engine (it was popping wayyyy out of the hood) Don't know the details on the engine porting but it was a tubbed dragster.

I believe there was a thread on a project build that a forum member was doing on an s5....a search might turn that one up

If you are truly thinking about doing this however I would recommend using something other than a typical factory style supercharger.....even though you can get it for a deal - the amount of work requird to install it had better yeild more gains than you will see with 4-6 psi........
