lol it happens. My best was between two customers. One the Cd player wouldn't let you put a CD in it. I ejected the one in there already and wow, it worked.

The other was we did body work on a car the customer returned saying we bent the steering colum. I asked the problem she said it was higher and we bent it. She was yelling at me. I moved the tilt steering down and wow, fixed. She looks at me and says, "oh you can do that?"

lol, people do all sorts.
