Huge electrical issues :(
Hey all, I've already searched and been reading threads all day on this so if I've missed something please forgive me.
My blower fan and wipers quit last week. In the process of getting the wipers working again, all of the gauges in the car (idiot lights, gas, tach, EVERYTHING) quit working. The blower fan also won't work.
All of the fuses and circuits look good. The car has been pulled apart and every connection seems to be fine, so we're at a total loss here. Is there something we may have missed?
Also, the stereo is now only working when the head lights are on. This was never an issue before, and we didn't touch anything related to either circuit. I'm starting to think this car is just out to get me, lol!
Any help you guys can offer would be great. Thanks in advance

I had a electrical issue with my light flickering on and off.
It turned out to be a connection behind the instrument cluster.
Check the wire connections and pull them apart(plactic peieces that clip wires together). Mine was burnt for some reason and you couldn't see it till you pulled the connections apart. I noticed a black burnt mark in the connector. I just replaced it and it was fine.

We've already checked evey connection in the car. Nothing is burnt out or melted, they all appear to be in good shape. W're totally stumped to the point where the circuit board is out of the car now -_-

Electrical Problems
Your problem is a difficult one to try to diagnise without hand on testing. I can send you the wiring schematic for the blower motor if you feel it will do you any good. It is quite complex. Unless you are an electrical technician you are just Easter Egging. You are going to need someone to do hands on testing.

That's kind of what I was thinking at this point. I was just wondering if anyone had some tricks up their sleeves before I had to go calling in the big guns.

Former Moderator. RIP Icemark.
If the fuses truly are good and you confirmed that with a digital Multi-meter (you can't always tell, just by looking at them) then the next thing I would look at would be the ignition switch.
