hub removal

how do I seperate the hub from the knuckle?

I have the wheel bearing nut off and the key'd washer an even all those little bolts for the dust shield.

how do I pull it off the knuckle? the bearing is fucked up in there and I wanna replace the inner and outer bearing along with the seal.

It should practicly fall off. The fact that it dosn't do so probably means that you have some serious problems in there, meaning you will probably have to replace the spindle. Did the bearings start grinding?

yeah the bearings were grinding on the way back from work, so I had to limp it home for 35 miles, it tore up a few ball bearings too.

it should just come right off cause Ive replaced my friends bearings on his fc and with the nut and bearing off the thing slides right off.

the bearing is fucked up and stuck in there, it still spins around but its like its fused in there.

I wanna remove the hub and check the spindle and replace the bearings and front axle seal while I do it

It may be worth just getting another spindle just to be safe. You can get a shop to maybe press out the hub, but who knows how the spindle is at this point.

BTW, that drive home was very risky to say the least.
