HSD Coilovers?

I'm finally joining the elite low gang, and I'm trying to decide which coilovers I want. Now before you bash it and say get Fortune Auto or Stance, or blah blah blah. I am not spending $1800 on a set of coilovers. I'm pretty set on either HSD, or BC Racing. I have friends who have been running HSD on R33's, Legacy's, 8th Gen Civic's, and they all love them, say they're very streetable, and the quality is quite good, plus theres a local dealer, and I can get them in within a week. My other choice is BC Racing, and I have found very little info about them, and as far as I have heard is they are quite stiff, plus I'd have to get them shipped from further away. Does anyone have any experience with these coils on a FC? Or maybe there is a brand in the mid range that I'm over looking?

U don't have to spend $1800 to get a decent coilover. I have no experience with either of the ones u listed but u can get some powered by max for 1k, or teins for 1300. If you are spending north of 1500 then you are getting into the higher end stuff.

I have BC's. I like them a lot, haven't really been in an FC on different coilovers to compare them too though. They soak up big bumps really good, like getting onto overpasses and stuff like that. A little stiff on quick stuff like pot hole, but it's probably just because of how low I have my car.

running HSD for some time now and love them! Track day driving, street, occasional drift, done everything well since, not too harsh or bumpy, copy road well (running 9/7 springs) and have only 15clicks adjustability againts 32 on BC which I thing is better.
