The stock turbo isn't great past 12 PSI

i wouldn't go further then a full exhaust fuel cut defencer and upgraded fuel pump on the stock 550's but there are alot of other variables to take into consideration as well.. Thats just me, use the search function there is a vast amount of informaion on this site!!

Also! i see your in van! i'm in whistler man...

i'm in calgary, woot....

i hear the stock fuel pump should be upgraded almost first, the 550cc injectors ( secondary's ) are good too about 300hp aslong as you have a fuel computer, i have a HKS PFC Fcon and all is well, check my signature for my mods, i dont even have a fuel pump yet and the car runs like a dream, doesent lean out at all.... lots of gas to spit 6foot fireballs....

well....i have the microtech on the way, and once installed, the plan is to dyno tune it to max out the injectors. Just wondering what power i'd be looking at :P

dont max out the injectors, there's a difference between $300 injectors and a $2000 engine....

do the fuel pump and injectors then tune in, with your mod you'd hit 300hp for sure i would think....

well, being the microtech can have 4 different mods

i want a tip top mode for track usage that runs the car at 90+ or even 100%, but i doubt i'd get that close to fully efficient

then a 2nd mode for daily driving

then a 3rd in between just for fun. haha

i dunno if i wanna up the injectors for gas price reason ya know

dude, you bought a rotary, they have **** gas mileage as it stands, plus remember, the faster you want your car too go the more gas you will use....

Simply upping the injectors without tuning will give you worse gas mileage, that is true. But if you are going to have a microtech, then it doesn't matter. You will get the same mileage from 1600 as you would from 550's, properly tuned. If your mileage drops after adding them, it means you wern't getting enough fuel to begin with, and were running out of injector.
