"How to" wire a Crane Cams HI-6?

I read ReTed's "how to" but the wires on the leading coil are what I'm confused about. Which one is the:

input positive-

input negative-

output positive-

output negative-

I've never really studied the coil, so where are the wires even located? I recall two wires on the top, but not four. Are the other underneath? Can the conections be made further down the lines, or do they need to be as close as possible to the coil? Any help would be great.

The colors of the wires didnt show up very well in the pic. I replaced the wires coming out of the ignitor, so the colors on yours will be different.

The wires from the ignitor to the coil are the input for the Hi-6. The orange and black wires off the Hi-6 go the the coil leads.
