Exclamation How to time the Cosmo 13B-RE?

I recently swaped the Cosmo into my 87 Rx7. Im using the Rtek 1.7 ECU to run the motor. It cranks but does not start. I took off the spark plugs and their getting spark. There is also fuel in the motor. I now think it is timing. Maybe I am wrong. I need to know how to time this motor. Should I time it the same way I would time the RX7 13B? Or perhaps like a 13B-REW? Anything would help at this point thanks.

Yeah its in properly. I never took off the CAS. I spliced the cosmo CAS wires to the RX7 wires. I color matched them.
