How to tell difference between an na diff and a t2 diff

Looking at a car .. not driveable. Said its a full t2 swap but unsure if the differential is a t2 or not.

How to I tell the difference .. besides driving it obviously (which i cant)

look at the driveshaft maybe?the T2 driveshafts are alot beefier than N/A driveshafts.easiest way to tell if he's running a N/A lsd/diff or a T2 one.cause driving it even if it did run wouldn't prove it has a T2 one if it has a N/A lsd.

Use punctuation, please.

Anyhow, T2 diff has a larger bolt partern on its flange where the DS connects.
