Yeah.
Mazda was thinking about all of us when they designed it. They put it, if memory serves underneath and tucked into the passengers side fender and front bumper section for quick and easy removal (sarcasm)
You have to remove the belly pan. You might have to remove the wheel well plastic (not sure about that 100%) And you will have to get ready to beat the **** out of your knuckles.

So how do I take out the wheel plastic thingy?
Well, if its anything like pull and save junk here in CO, then I'd just take a pair of channel locks grab that sucker and tear it off because its attached in certain places with staples.
Otherwise, you just have to take a phillips screw driver with you and some way to work those staples out. Maybe staple fangs or something from office depot.
The bolts that hold the bottle in there I think can be hard to get to sometimes. So make sure you have an open ended wrench along with sockets and plenty of variable extensions. Can't remember if the bolts are 10mm or 12mm.

If memory serves you can see it clear as day if you have an open element air filter where the stock box is removed...then it's just a matter of a few bolts, easy as pie
