how to take out rear stationary gear

how to take out rear stationary gear

ok, i took out all the bolts and used 2 screwdrivers like what the video sed but it wont budge. anyone got other methods? thx

Use a rubber mallet to pound on it.. Should come right out..

If the rear iron is still on the motor, I use a crowbar make a swift pry on the back of the stat gear. Pops right up.

If the rear iron is off the motor, use a rubber mallet and knock the gear back towards the flywheel side. Pops right out if you hit it hard enough.

Just hit towards the flywheel... But is the motor apart?

i got it out. i used the back part of the hammer and used a rubber mallet and hit the handle. it worked perfectly thx anyway guys
