How to remove pulsation damper

Alright I can get to my PD but can't seem to get anything around it. It just unscrews right? What size is it? All I could find was a cresent wrench(which I hate using) to fit around it. Didn't have anything bigger than 22mm. And just to make sure I got this right. All I have to do is unscrew it and screw the new one back in, right? How tight and do I need to lubricate it or have a gasket or anything? Thanks.

I would use teflon pipe tape on the threads, and you need a new crush washer to fit it. It should just unscrew... but its on there damn tight, I would take it off the car and put it in a vise, and use WD or somthing ... thats what I had to do.

I need a crush washer? Where does it go exactly? I am trying to keep the primary fuel rail on there. Any idea what size wrench to use(23mm?)?

I had to use a crecent cause I dont have any real large open ends, just sockets. It has a crush washer on it.. you will see when you get it off, You could reuse it I spose but for the .99 cents I would replace it considering if it leaks fuel you are defeating the purpose. I really had to beat mine hard with a big crecent and a hammer to get it off. ... that kind of force i liable to damage the little 2 bolt mounts it has on the car, I would be safe and take it off... put it in a vice or somthing... but use a cloth around it .. its only aluminum, dont clamp down to hard.
