I cant figure out how to get the window out. last time i trying i have all the door paneling off and i could not figure out how to get the stupid thing out.

some guy told me that it only take a few min. to get them out. either i'm just stupid or i'm overlooking something. or the guy that told me that is an idiot.

 

just take off the door panel and then look at the window through the holes in the metal, you should see that the window is connected to the window motor with 2 bolts, then you can roll the window up or down to situate those bolts so that you can get to them with a socket through the holes in the door, then just pull the window out.
