IIRC, this question had come up once before on this forum. The person secured the caliper tightly in a vise and used a pilot bearing puller to remove that bearing.
Yeah, that's right. It's also called a blind hole bearing puller. I prefer the type you're using rather than the slide hammer type. You might want to spray it with penetrating oil if you haven't already removed it.
Don't know if you have it already but atkins sells the replacement for that bearing https://www.atkinsrotary.com/86-95-r...g-h001-26-205- . I did mine about a year ago. I destroyed the cage taking them out. I didn't mar up the caliper hole but managed to take them out and replace them both. My passenger side was really seized up and wouldn't lock with the e-brake pulled. Also just throwing it out there but I went with an aftermarket piston for the rear as I couldn't find any OEM units left.
