How To Port And Polish Intakes Without Dremel. With
DOES ANYONE KNOW.IM GOING TO TKAE OFF MINE TODAY TO REPLACE SOME OIL LINE BUT WANT TO DO THE INTAKES AND MANIFOLD WILE ITS OFF. THNX . i KNOW MAZDASPEED7 DID THIS. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED. MABEY SANDPAPER AND A STICK OR SOMETHING, DONT KNOW. I INSPECTED MINE AND ITS ROUGHF AS ALL HELL. HAPPY ROTORING.

You can also powder coat (shake 'n' bake) or high temp enamel.
Otherwise, maby some silver polish? I gotta do this too as well and can't decide between shinning or powder coating it some color and sealing it to keep the dirt out.

buy a spare one, and then just take your time a polish it, you can use a drill instead of a dremel, but you'll be better off getting a dremel. I did mine over a week, a bit each night, turned out nice.

I would not recommend a dremel tool. I did my manifold with a dremel tool, and it took me ~10 hours to do all of the porting and polishing. Also, the dremel gets too hot after about 30 min, so you have to let it cool.
Save yourself the time and get a die grinder. You would be best off getting a spare manifold. It will most likely take you more than 1 day to do everything, and if you mess up, you wont be able to drive your car until you get a new manifold.
