how to open a light switch -- help!

I am trying to fully disassemble this headlight switch. I need help on how to get behind the circuit board because I can't get the screws out and don't want to break anything.

here is the switch:

You would need to unsolder the circuit board. As I recall there are about 18 pins you need to desolder.
