I have seen this car in person and it is well taken care of and the mods appear to be professionally or competently done.

I don't remember the mileage though, but would say that $5k-6K would be about right without the mileage factored in. But remember to sell that car to someone in CA you will need a smog test done... and I don't think you'll come close to smogging that thing, without bolting a bunch of stuff back on.

But post an ad in the for sale section and see what sort of bites you get.

Clean car..I'd hate to sell it if I owned it..but I'd say 5k is probably right around what I would pay depending on mileage etc.

im not saying $5000 isnt the right price, but when i asked about a gtu-s that a rotary mechanic was selling for that price, everyone told me that was way too much to spend and that i should look into another one.

Thats because a GTU isn't turbo, and this one is, turbos sell for a lot more.

Plus was it as modded and clean?

EDIT:
Yah I was going to ask about the whole smog test thing. How do you have that car with those mods in CA? Got a friend on the inside or bribe? Haha.

Nice, that's exactly the car I'm looking for. Too bad I can't buy it now. If it was 6 or 8 months in the future, I'd jump on it. Good luck selling it though.

(EDIT) I'm not trying to dog your car, but I don't like those seats in it. Still nice though.

well, i was going to put a new cat, put the air pump back on and the stock TID and intake but sell the modded TID with it. other than that it should smog fine. i think. the miles are 120k and i also still have the AC compressor so all you would have to do is get it recharged. oh yeah . hey ice mark how are things going with that AE?

Ahhh, that T2 is sitting in my Garage right now needing paint. I replaced the bad body work, and stripped the interior and most of the trim and I have boxes and boxes of replacement parts for the dash, and interior and the like.

Once I get the paint done, (probably next month) then I will put the glass back on, and install the interior, and then start working on the engine.

Its going to get the 13BT that used to be in my vert. Its already sitting rebuilt and ready for it, but wanted to paint the car first.

The next thing I need to do on the 13BT (turbo) motor, is to send the intake manifold off so that it can be extrude honed. Haven't done that yet.
