It's a lot of work. You need:
TII tranny
TII flywheel
TII clutch disk
TII pressure plate
TII starter
TII clutch slave cylinder
Some wire and connectors to extend the wires on the tranny.
And...
either a custom driveshaft with a TII front yoke and NA rear yoke, OR MAYBE a TII driveshaft with the rear yoke redrilled for the NA bolt pattern, or a TII driveshaft, differential, etc. to swap the entire drivetrain.
How do I know? See my signature...

They are pretty expensive; up to $450. They are impossible to find at Cophers, so you will be better off looking for one for sale by a private party.
Unless you are planning on cranking out more than 230hp, I recommend keeping the NA transmission. Like the previous post explained, theTII transmission conversion is a pain. Also, it is a lot heavier and much more expensive. You can get an NA transmission for about $150.
If you really want a TII transmission, then it is probably best to buy a TII with a blown engine. Something like that will cost you about $500-800, and then you can swap the whole driveline, as well as the better TII suspension. Believe it or not, it is actually easier to swap the entire rear end assembly than it is to swap parts and pieces.
