How much would installing an exhuast cost?
I just bought used headers and straight down pipe to exhaust for only $40! WOW! I'm so excited. This will definitely replace the exhaust leak I currently have on the RX-7 right now.
How much should I pay to get this installed on to the RX-7?
With new rubber flanges, and gaskets.

It's not even funny how loud that exhaust is going to be. The car is going to sound like a Weed Whacker on crack. You will violate local noise laws and probably get pulled over within 15 minutes of driving the car. That's if you can stand the noise enough to actually drive it.
That said, the install should only involve about 1.5 hours at a competent shop. The stock exhaust nuts are often rusted so the stock exhaust will most likely be cut off. The manifold nuts usually come off without too much trouble but to help them out, apply a good helping of penetrating oil for a few days before you bring the car in. A few shots a day will loosen things up nicely.
As others have said, figure around $150 to have installed.
Then figure another $150 to have it pulled off when you find it's obnoxiously loud, and then $500 at least for a quality exhaust that will make more power with less noise.

i got my header back exhaust for 20 woot woot
single exit (with presilencer and another muffler as cat)
not as loud as everybody said it would be but some are really as loud as they say
it took like 6 hours or so to get mine on by ourselves (including taking old one off)....but both were all in one piece
the 'new' one was rusted and sealed by that rust so didnt take it apart
interested in how much it would be to get the gasket at the block replaced...getting the header bolted down took foreverr

Thank You for all Your Replies and Support.
I just got back from getting it finished from one of Carlos Lopez (CLR) close friends.
Vince from Caribe Mufflers on 40th St/Bird Rd. did all the work for me. Very cool guy, he did it for me for only $65.
He told me from the past when he did Carlos Lopez cars, that I should keep my Catalytic. So I went with his suggestion. He cut the pipe in half and welded it to the catalytic.
Hehe this 7 sounds loud now. Now, I'm satisfied.

Yup, I'm glad though with everything on there.
By the way, I love your website.
I like your Tech Guide with the actuators. I definitely have that on my to-do-list because mine are Frozen for sure. Even did the Grease test.
