What body kit part and does this have?
About how much does it cost to do this?

That is an entirely custom job.
That is third gen front custom fitted to a second gen.
So it will cost you whatever you can get a body shop to do it for. Good luck if you think you're gonna duplicate that.
It does look freaking awesome though.
