how much pressure thur power steering line?

how much pressure is going thur the power steering cooler line?

mines is leaking and im wondering if i can just cut it off adn then use a rubber hose to connected the sections back. will this work?

im not sure, its the ps oil cooler line which makes a loop infront of the radiator.

does anyone know the diameter of this line? looks like 1/4-5/8 inch

i did see something which says 1000+psi but im not sure if thats the same pressure going thre the cooler as compared to thru the rack. can someone just tell me?

As per the FSM, peak pressure is ~1200psi, so when the system is operating the return line (which incorperates the cooler) is not going to be much below that. If you have a leak, fix it properly.
