SEARCH. This thread has been done to death many times. Search for "MPG" with the search box, and you'll find more than you ever wanted to know.

'87 TII, last tank was half highway miles. 16.5mpg. It should be running better after all the work I've done this weekend though. Then I'll probably get worse mileage due to pushing it more often, hehe.

I'm doing about 13-15mpg in city driving. I mostly drive in 2nd gear while in the city, keeping the mph at 25-35. On the highway I'm getting about 20mpg mostly because I go 60mph......unless Im really in a hurry.

It is suggested that you make use of the search feature and read the FAQ to find your answer. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, then feel free to post your question indicating that you have already looked for an answer, and someone will probably be happy to help.

Please be aware that this forum has been around for quite a while, and almost every common question has been covered many times in the past. It is very common for new members to ask several common questions, all of which have been answered in the FAQ for many years.

Standard online forum etiquette says that before you ask a question, you should first check the FAQ and search for you answer. This is not only polite, but often the quickest way to find the information you are looking for (as well as learn a bunch of new stuff!).

-Stock HP and torque specs for all models
-Common abbreviations
-Common electrical problems
-Mileage, storage, winter driving
-much, much more
