How much hp would non-operational 5th and 6th ports take away?

Oh, is it ok to use silicone gasket maker to replace the old gasket on the LIM or should I get a gasket from Mazdatrix? I have used the stuff before on the ACV block off valve and most of the tube is still left. What do you all think?
